WW2 C-47 Airborne
Original cockpit panel from a wartime Douglas C-47 aircraft.
This panel came from North Weald where several C-47 were cut up after being used as film props including use in Band of Brothers.
In addition we know that this is from a wartime aircraft which flew in the Asian theatre before serving with the Belgian Airforce
We have repainted it in Olive Drab / Federal Grey and painted the screaming eagle from the 101 st airborne and the 82nd Airborne emblem
They each can be wall hung from the D ring we have added to the back.
The panels have the original Douglas dark green paint from its in service use.
The 101st panel measures 28 cm x 26 cm max
