GENUINE AIRCRAFT PANELS

NEW Replica Panels of World War One aircraft!

Starting with a single  billet of Cedar of Lebanon - we have cut and fabricated a replica of a WW1 SPAD.

The Cedar is machined and shaped to match the Spad rear Port side  fuselage. We have fabricated the turnbuckles, cast  the eyelets and machined the post braces. The panel also has the top and bottom curves to give a strong 3D shape.

The panel is held together  by  the bracing of the four  turnbuckles and the doped Irish Linen.

We have deliberately left the canvas clear at the edges to show the wood, turnbuckles and fittings.

Pained in French 5 tone camouflage pattern from ca. 1917.  We have then added a  reproduction of the original artwork. This French cockerel was painted onto the aircraft of Escadrille 228 aircraft.

The panel is 77 cm long x 47 cm high and 10 cm deep.

This is a highly detailed reproduction WW1 panel. Due to the complexity of the woodwork the metal work and cast parts they are priced at  £250 plus P&P
